• CF-LLX Arthur Fecteau / Fecteau Transport Aérien Ltée., Senneterre, QC. Delivered 15-May-1959. Canx prior to Certificate of Airworthiness renewal dated 11-May-1975.

Accident: Lake Nemiscau, QC. Lat 51.19N, Long 77.01W. 30-Dec-1971. The ski equipped aircraft was on final approach when the pilot lost control which inadvertently crashed onto the snow covered surface. The aircraft was reported (As if) as being destroyed. The pilot N. Chiasson and sole passenger suffered serious injury.

• C-FLLX Superior Airways, Thunder Bay, ON. Regd prior to Certificate of Airworthiness renewal dated 11-May-1975.

Accident: Rossport, ON. Lat 48.52N. Long 087.38W. 24-Jun-1976. During a test flight, to check a new voltage regulator, the pilot was concentrating on watching the ampmeter. He inadvertantly came too close to a mountain. Power was increased but the aircraft would not outclimb the rising terrain. The floats struck tree tops and the aircraft crashed into the trees. No injury recorded to the pilot, Glen Harmsworth, and five passengers (Some test flight).
