CF-HNN Max W. Ward., dba Wardair Ltd., Yellowknife, NT. Certificate of Registration #13047 issued 04-Jun-1954. Delivered 05-Jun-1954.

Accident: 12-13ml from Yellowknife, NT, 13-Nov-1955. Piloted by Max Ward, the aircraft suffered engine failure. A forced landing on a lake was attempted; however the aircraft undershot and hit a ridge of rocks. It is believed the cause of the failure was due to carburettor icing. The aircraft was reported as destroyed and a passenger, Frank Thorpe, suffered a broken leg.
