• CF-OBZ Laurentide Financial Corporation Ltd., Vancouver, BC. Regd as early as 31-Mar-1965 and canx prior to c of a renewal date of 10-Feb-1971 until at least 31-Mar-1970.

• CF-OBZ Cattermole Trethewey Contractors, Vancouver, BC. Regd as early as 30-Jun-1970. Until at least 30-Sep-1972.

Accident: Quatam River, BC. 50°23’N 124°56’W. 15-Aug-1971. Following a heavy landing on a gravel strip the aircraft bounced and rolled down towards the camp area. On first application of the brake half way down the strip the pilot found the starboard brake had failed and the aircraft kept rolling straight initially and then veered to the left, off the runway into a large log over which it overturned. Substantial damage suffered by the aircraft. Pilot and five passengers uninjured.
