Accident: Ross River, Yukon Territory. 06-Jun-1967 (Reported with Great Northern Airways) A miscalculation of the fuel supply resulted in complete fuel starvation. The pilot was unable to reach a suitable landing area, performed a forced landing into a small lake, and hit several trees. Substantial damaged to aircraft. No injuries recorded.

Accident MacMillan Pass Airstrip.AB. 100ml NE of Ross River. 05-Jan-1971. Ski/wheel configured. After a direct approach up the pass under a low ceiling and poor visability, a landing was made. The pilot failed to observe a snow bank left by a bull (moose?), protruding out onto strip. The left ski struck the snow bank spinning the aircraft around. Substantial damage caused to the aircraft. Pilot and two passengers uninjured. No report on the bull.

Accident: Wing Lake, YT. 10-May-1972. In completein a wheel/ski landing on about 2Ft of snow as the aircraft on roll out one ski broke through the surface. No detail of damage or injury.

Accident: Unamed Lake, YT. 63°29’N 132°03’W. 09-Mar-1973. The pilot was attempting to take off from a lake where overflow conditions resulted in considerable slush being present under the snow. The take off run was longer than normal and the aircraft wouldn’t climb or accelerate after becoming airborne. The aircraft struck the grouns 300ft beyond the edge of the lake.  Substantai damage to the aircraft. Pilot and the one passenger on board were uninjured.

Accident: 5 miles West of Porter Puddle, on Bonnet Plume River, YT. 09-Apr-1974. The take off was aborted when the pilot believed the engine was losing power. The aircraft ran off the end of the strip into some bushed. Minor damage to the aircraft.  Pilot uninjured.

Accident: 20 ml SW of Fort Simpson NT: 02-Jul-1976. The engine failed during descent from 5,000 feet and a forced landing was made into trees. Substantial damage. Pilot uninjured.
