CF-PCG de Havilland Aircraft, Downsview, ON..Delivered 14-Nov-1956 and operated until circa 1969.

Note: Presented to Phil Garratt (Note initials used for registration) who used the aircraft until 1977 when it was then advertised for sale by de Havilland Canada.

Accident: Lake of Bays, 2ml NE of Baysville, ON.45°12’N 79°04’W.27-Jul-1964. When operating as an amphibian a water landing was attempted with the wheel down. The pilot failed to raise the undercarriage following the last land take-off from Muskoka. The aircraft nosed over on landing. One passenger suffered minor injury and the aircraft suffered substantial damage.

C-FPCG Regn format changed prior to 30-Sep-1978.

C-FPCG Collingwood Air Service, Collingwood, ON. Regd prior to Certificate of Airworthiness renewal dated 14-Dec-1978 until Aug-1981.

N9775S Regd 13-Aug-1981. On Dec-1995 USCAR with no detail. Canx from FAA records on 18-May-2011 as expired.

Accident: Location unknown. 27-Sep-1983. Left pontoon struck a submerged object on water landing. Impact put a hole in pontoon. Plane rolled over and sank.
