Accident: Anchorage, AK. 14-Sep-1984. While taxiing for takeoff the aircraft’s left wing struck a duck shack. Pilot uninjured. Aircraft substantially damaged. NTSB report ANC84LA183.

Accident: Alexander River, AK. 19-Jun-1987. During takeoff from river the left float hit a hidden sand bar. Aircraft tipped over on its back and was substantially damaged. Pilot and four passengers uninjured. NTSB report ANC87LA083

Accident: Finger Lake, AK. 03-Mar-1991. After landing on a snow covered lake and during the rollout, the pilot lost directional control of the airplane. The airplane veered off the left side of the landing area, travelled approximately 25 feet and struck two parked Piper PA 18 airplanes and seriously injured one bystander. Pilot and four passengers received minor injuries and aircraft. NTSB report ANC91LA032.
