• S-3 334 Transport Squadron, Valkenburg, later Ypenburg.

• S-3 300 Squadron / GpLV at Deelen AFB., from 07-Oct-1966. Later Gilze-Rijen AFB. Withdrawn from use and struck off charge 01-Sep-1974.

Accident: McGrath, AK. 15-Sep-1988. Whilst in cruise aircraft experienced mechanical failure, reducing power to idle, the pilot executed a forced landing of the float equipped aircraft on the tundra where the aircraft sustained substantial damage. Pilot uninjured. ANC88LA138.
