USAF History

51-16758 was returned from the French Army to the USAF on 13-May-1955 and assigned to the Air Material Command and the Air Material Depot at Kisarazu in Japan with the 6408th Air Depot. Its history is unclear but is reported as having been destroyed in an accident on 01-Jun-1956 and declared unfit for military service in Oct-1956. Further history to be researched.
