Here is N58856 the Howard DGA-15P (998) that Ralph Flores and Helen Klaben crashed in Feb 1963, 60 miles south east of Watson Lake, Yukon. Gerry took this photo in 1981. CF-OCY (39) was used to depict N58856 in the 1975 made for TV movie "Hey, I'm Alive" - Starring Ed Asner and Sally Struthers.

An e-mail from researcher / historian Ian M. Macdonald informs me that the Howard was retrieved from the bush by Frank J. Flores (Ralph's son) with the intention of restoring it. It is still on the USCAR. Registered 30 October 1998 with expiry date 30 November 2021.
