The two Inspecting Engineers sent from the UK by Rendel, Palmer & Tritton (RPT) to inspect Locomotives for the Indian Government. James B. Aird (left) and David Newlands - (Jim and Dave). The third engineer was sent to Kingston, Ontario, Arthur Chub (Chubby) inspected the eighty WP's built there. 1949-1950.
